STEMing with OneNote

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

You will not be checking emails in this workshop! By the end of this workshop you will have a range of STEM-based activities and OneNote strategies for managing, delivering, assessing and recording a STEM unit.
After walking through the door you will complete a STEM-based mini-lesson, using OneNote to record and reflect on your learning. You will then learn how to set up OneNote for a STEM-based lesson/unit. To wrap up the workshop you will plan the structure of a OneNote for a STEM unit.
DO IT: Choose from a range of hands-on STEM activities where you make and tinker while recording and reflecting on your learning using OneNote. You will work collaboratively on research, record videos, and draw diagrams.
GOT IT: Learn how to set up OneNote notebooks effectively for STEM-based learning. Whether you are a 1:1 school, have just a few computers in your classroom or none at all, you can create a notebook to help implement your STEM unit.
GO FOR IT: Use one of your own STEM-based units, or one provided to you, and work individually or in groups to plan the structure of a OneNote so that it complements the unit rather than hinders it.
Prepare to have some hard fun!
